Dr Christine (Chris) Pagen, from New York, is a senior development professional with 15 years' experience at USAID. She has worked across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Dr Pagen has a PhD from Columbia University, an MA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. During her fellowship, she was based at New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Wellington.
